Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Total delivery time consists of Processing Time + Transit Time:
Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping: 5-10 business days for delivery (additional fee applies).
Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees

6. Shipping Issues & Support

Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and contents and contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
